An update from Dr. Bright!
February 27th, 2018
"Hello, all! Dr. Porterfield, or Dr. Chase as he prefers to be called, will be working at Bright Chiropractic Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for the next few weeks until I am able to return. I am stopping by the office as much as I can to help make the transition easier, and am so happy to see those of you I can. I am doing my best to bring Dr. Chase up to speed on each of you so we can better continue your care.
Thank you for your continued patience and for all the well wishes!

A note from Dr. Bright to his lovely patients:
February 23rd, 2018
"Hello, all! I am finally home from the hospital! It looks like they got all of the abscess, and I'll find out more next week when I get my staples out.
I know there was a lot of confusion for several days at the office: The girls did not know from day to day if I'd be in, and every day I thought I'd be able to work the next day, then something else occurred. I was in the ER a couple times, and having tests run on short notice other days. I was trying to put off surgery until next week, but the infection decided differently for me. I apologize for the confusion and the turmoil. The girls did the best they could as it was also a very stressful situation for them.
I do have a doctor starting in the office next week: Dr. Chase Porterfield. I am very impressed with this young man. I have been trying to get him to join the practice anyway, and am blessed and lucky that he can help out a few days a week to see my patients so they don't completely revert and get worse. I will be in the office with him off and on to make sure he knows what's going on with each of you, but I personally will not be able to adjust any patients for at least another 3 weeks (mostly to keep my guts where they belong). I truly hope you take advantage of him being available, as our priority at Bright Chiropractic is to ensure you are able to stick with your treatment plan. I trust Dr. Porterfield and believe he is a very good young doctor. Please make him feel welcome!
Again, I apologize for the confusion. From here on, I hope to make things go more smoothly so we can better serve you. Thank you for all the calls, cards, plants, and most of all for your support during this difficult time.
